Who actually writes my dog's wellbeing card?

Real members of our team — licensed veterinarians and certified canine nutritionists. Each dossier is handled by at least one of our certified experts, and the card is signed by the expert who reviewed it.

Is this a substitute for going to the vet?

No. We focus on everyday wellbeing — nutrition, activity, enrichment and happiness. If your dog shows signs of illness, your local veterinarian should always be your first stop, and our experts will say so if your answers raise any flags.

What exactly do I receive, and how?

An interactive HTML card delivered by email within 3 days: wellbeing scores, a radar chart, a tailored daily menu, weekly mini-missions you can tick off, treat do's & don'ts, and a personal note from your expert. It opens in any browser — nothing to install.

What do you do with my email and my answers?
